This comparison of MS data was done by filling each vial with methanol and inverting for one hour. The vials were then pierced three times with a direct injection electro spray quad mass spec. Extractables were below the picogram range.Our LC-MS vials seal just as well as a standard PTFE/Silicone septa and puncture with far less force.
